ABSTRACT
Coincidences are defined as surprising intersections of two or more events with no apparent causal explanation. My research strongly indicates that coincidences commonly occur in the lives of a majority of people and can be useful in many ways. My interest began as a boy looking for his lost dog and was further substantiated by a simultaneous choking at a distance of 3000 miles between my father and me.
In an effort to organize this chaotic field, I have begun to establish the new discipline of Coincidence Studies. The first step is developing a taxonomy which includes description, themes, explanations and uses.
Description involves 2 variables: mind and thing yielding 3 categories: mind-thing (thought and object), mind-mind (subjective parallels) and thing-thing (a series of two or more observables).
Themes include: doing something out of the ordinary, help somehow arrives, context reflects a psychological conflict, the weird lost and found department, animals and plants comfort, the machine starts or stops, and intuition leads the way.
Explanations include: probability, conventional causes (subconscious motivation), concordance, collective consciousness (e.g. simultaneous discoveries), psi, quantum mechanics, complexity theory and mystery (God, Universe). Coincidence groups vary in their explanations.
Uses include: confirmation of a decision, providing opportunities (romance, work, creativity, money, health, spiritual development), aesthetic experiences, psychological change, and stimulating interest in coincidences.
Some coincidences provide everyday experiences that indicate human potentials beyond the restrictive concepts of materialistic science. Some people experience telepathic and clairvoyant events which they call coincidences. The study of coincidences offers an additional lever to expand acceptance of psi by the general population.

ABSTRACT
An exploration of the parameters of psychokinesis, using the casino as a personal experimental laboratory. How to use the gaming tables and slot machines to learn PK. Playing with small amounts of money galvanizes attention and allows immediate, “real world” feedback for the rapid fine-tuning of one’s energy sending abilities. Various methods are presented that can be used to create the peak energy needed for strong PK experiences. Past PK explorers have reported transformational experiences, including PK, instant healing of chronic health conditions, new-found ability to heal others, deepened intuition, and dramatic manifestations of abundance. Special PK gaming tips will be offered that you can then practice on your own.

He developed the MC² program (Manifestation and Creation Squared) for The Monroe Institute. He has produced SyncCreation® a home study course, teaching PK as a training tool for manifesting abundance.
ABSTRACT
There are many scientific results which show a person to be interacting at a distance. We know the result, but what is the process? We have changes in temperature, film exposure, Puthoff's magnetometer and Swann's remote viewing with a corresponding loss of electricity in his EEGs, as examples. Does anything go out of the body? Can we discover light, kinetic effects or other physical criteria at the target site?
BIO
Dr. Mitchell did research at the American Society for Psychical Research from 1967 - 1981. Charles Honorton, Psychophysical Research Laboratories at Princeton wrote, "Janet's pioneering research on perceptual and psychophysiological aspects of "out-of-body experiences has established a standard of excellence in an area that has traditionally been so 'soft' that one might call it 'mushy.' Due in large part to Janet's work in this area, it can now be said that a firm foundation for serious, controlled and systematic research has been laid for the study of these ephemeral human experiences.

ABSTRACT
It has been widely believed that the government terminated investigation of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) in December 1969 with the closing of Project Blue Book as recommended by the Condon Committee. However, as recently revealed in the New York Times and other major media (December 2017), such is not the case. One such program, initiated in 2007 by the DIA and carried forward by the DoD, has come to light - the so-called AATIP program (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program). AATIP is based on concern about continuing engagements between U.S. military platforms and UAP of seeming technological superiority over anything in the U.S. inventory. The renewed interest is fueled in part by the increased sophistication of U.S. sensor systems that reduce ambiguity about what is being detected. As a contractor and Senior Advisor to this program Puthoff will discuss various aspects of general interest about the program as well as additional initiatives he is now involved with that are being pursued in the public sector to seek answers and inform the public.
BIO
Dr. Harold (Hal) Puthoff is Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin. His current research interests range from theoretical studies concerning gravitation and quantum zero-point-energy effects, to laboratory studies of innovative approaches for energy generation and space propulsion. Puthoff's professional background includes engineering work at General Electric and Sperry; three-and-a-half years with the National Security Agency where his work on high-speed optoelectronic computers resulted in the award of a DoD Certificate of Commendation for Outstanding Performance; PhD (Stanford, 1967) followed by post-doc appointments and co-authoring a textbook Fundamentals of Quantum Electronics; and over a decade at SRI International where he established and directed the CIA/DIA-funded Remote Viewing Program. In 1985 Puthoff relocated to Austin to found the Institute.
Puthoff regularly serves various corporations, NASA, and the DoD and intelligence communities as advisor on leading-edge technologies and future technology trends. As recently revealed in the New York Times and other major media, as part of this activity Puthoff has been a contractor/ Senior Advisor to the DoD’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) that addresses the issue of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) observed by our military platforms - the topic of his presentation to the SSE. Puthoff recently joined others to form To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, whose missions include establishing a broad-based high-quality scientific Community of Interest in the public sector concerning UAP.
ABSTRACT
"The biofield is an organizing energy field of life considered by some as central to bioregulation. Interventions such as mind-body practices would be expected to improve the biofield, whereas stressors would be expected to weaken it. In addition, practitioners of yoga, meditation, and qigong who engage in extraordinary states may be able to manipulate the biofield.
The ultraweak light emitted from organisms (biophotons) is recognized as one component of the biofield. We designed and built a custom photon counting detector system using a photomultiplier tube inside a dark closet. Our experiments show that various regions of the human body, including the hand, forehead, and heart regions, emit photons in the visible spectrum at an extremely low rate (less than 100 counts per min per cm 2 ), in line with published values. We measured the light emitted from practitioners of qigong, meditation, yoga, and various types of energy healing, including Reiki and external qi. In some cases, these practitioners were able to alter their own energy emission dramatically, for example by “opening” and “closing” the “third eye” region, or turning “on” and “off” the sending of healing energy. Moreover, each energy healing session with practitioner and patient was unique in the temporal pattern of biophoton emission measured.
In other experiments using the Bio-Well, a commercial device for biofield assessment by electrophotonic imaging of the fingertips, one can observe and calculate changes in the induced light emission pre-post intervention or provocation. Beginners performing yoga showed positive changes in the biofield, while experienced practitioners did not show much change because they were already well regulated. In other experiments, short-term exposure to cell phone radiation, an electromagnetic stressor, produced imbalance in the biofields of some but not all healthy subjects. The Bio-Well provides a rapid and reliable method of biofield assessment that is useful in research and clinical practice."

ABSTRACT
Thirty-seven percent of Americans think that astrology is scientific. The National Science Foundation uses belief in astrology as an example pseudoscience. In a recent survey, SSE members ranked their acceptance of astrology last among 10 anomalous phenomena. Throughout recorded history, attitudes towards astrology have ebbed and flowed. From widespread acceptance and providing the foundations of modern science – Newton and Kepler practiced astrology – to condemnation as heresy by Popes and pseudoscience by modern day skeptics, astrology has often been at the center of cultural and intellectual clashes over prevailing worldviews. Is there scientific evidence for astrology?
Astrology is the prototypical anomaly: outside of the scope of current scientific theories, persistently accepted by a significant number of people, methodologically challenging to study, with some enticing and elusive results. I will briefly review the history of astrology, provide an introduction to horoscopic representations and interpretations, and outline the methodological and statistical challenges that must be addressed to conduct research on astrology. We will examine some examples of research that confounds both astrologers and skeptics and discuss the lessons for research across a range of anomalistic phenomena.

ABSTRACT
In this presentation, I discuss preliminary results, implications, and possible future directions from two proof-of-concept pilot studies. In the first experiment, using a technique developed by Sean McNamara, I trained myself to produce telekinetic movement (i.e., macro PK) of a foil object balanced on a needle within a glass enclosure. I also concurrently collected data from a TrueRNG random number generator (RNG). These data were analyzed for significant deviations from randomness (i.e., micro PK) following statistical procedures established by the PEAR Lab and Global Consciousness Project. After reaching a point where I could consistently and reliably produce movement in the object via intention, several more sessions were conducted with greater methodological constraints in place. During these tests, HD webcam video of the object’s motion was recorded and temporally synchronized with the RNG’s data stream. Prior to each test, baseline video and RNG data was collected in which no intention was applied to the object. Moreover, several hundred hours worth of simulated data were collected from the RNG to ensure the device operated as expected under normal conditions (randomly).
In the second experiment, I used Psyleron’s SyncTXT synchronicity application as a trigger for investing in cryptocurrencies on the Coinbase exchange. I enacted purchases and sales based on custom messages received from the SyncTXT app at random intervals. Trends from daily closing price indexes following the SyncTXT messages were used to assess investment performance. Results from these experiments have potentially broad implications; both for future laboratory research and applied contexts."

ABSTRACT
A measure of bioenergy influence or exteriorization and a
method to indirectly measure it are proposed. The method employs differential color analysis of wilting flowers in water. A simplified method using pixel analysis of photographs of treated and untreated flowers is described. Sample data is analyzed for illustrative purposes. Recommendations for ongoing development are described, setting the stage for future experimental programs.

ABSTRACT
In December 2017 the New York Times broke the news about a classified UFO program that had been conducted by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Concurrently announced was the creation of a new organization called To The Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences (TTSAAS). Headed by a rock star, Tom DeLonge, it boasted a stellar cast of former U.S. government intelligence executives and scientists, all of whom had an interest in UFOs.
Long before Senator Harry Reid was able to earmark funding for the DIA project, I ran a similar effort for several years in the 1980s. Participants all had Top Secret/SCI level clearances. They came from all DOD Services, the Intelligence Community, and civilian aerospace companies. Despite the funds available for the more recent DIA program, it appears that the fundamental findings were the same. Key is the fact that although nobody is in charge or has institutional responsibility for this area, credible, multisensory events were documented displaying physical characteristics and capabilities that defy all known human technology. While the recent DIA study did add to the body of knowledge, their lack of transparency has fostered considerable angst amongst the UFO community. The technical and organizational observations during the prior study will be compared with those revealed though the efforts of TTSAAS.
This presentation also addresses other aspects of the study of UFOs. Specifically, what is the appropriate role of the U. S. Government in studying this topic? As global phenomena, sightings by U.S. Government agencies represent a tiny, but significant, portion of recorded events. What DoD does have are a variety of advanced sensors, some of which they choose to keep as classified. The UFO community has little understanding of how these complex institutions function, while the issue of unnecessary secrecy further invigorates their confabulations.
Covered will be the critical factors facing senior government officials with fiduciary responsibilities in funding any project with little probability of demonstrable return on investment. This includes the zero-sum game that befalls all programs, including those in the black world, the use of contractors to hide reports from FOIA requests, and the impact of personal belief systems on these studies.
As funding is signal issue, a comparative analysis will be made between money and resources available for studies of UFOs and related phenomena and those afforded more conventional, intrinsically complex problems such as AIDS, cancer, or the fundamental physics search for elusive God Particle.

ABSTRACT
I think that we are in the initial stages of the rapid development of consciousness technologies (by which I mean remote viewing, remote influencing, and after-death communication). The normative scientific dismissal of such phenomena can easily flip into a vigorous race in which the parameters allowing for their effective manifestation are identified and applications rapidly developed. This conference is precisely about recent advances in the development of such technologies. We rush ahead, but where exactly are we heading?
Using James Moor’s conceptual framework for technological revolutions, I will argue that the development of consciousness technologies formally constitutes a technological revolution in which the technological paradigm is the dynamic, nonlocal, mental interconnectivity of reality; the technological devices are (possibly neurotechnologically enhanced) individually trained psyches; and the social impact stems from any person’s ability to mentally interact with anything anywhere. These technologies are not governed by existing precautionary principle regulations for other technologies, thereby leaving a policy vacuum with regard to potentially harmful consequences. There are additional ethical problems posed by the nonlocal nature of consciousness technologies precisely because of the apparent inability to spatially and temporally confine their effects.
It is not clear that humankind can survive the Sixth Mass Extinction without the development of yet more powerful technologies. However, thus far our technological prowess has outstripped our moral growth, as has been the case with nuclear weapons, so that there is a real need to have a serious discussion about ethical issues as we develop these consciousness technologies.

ABSTRACT
Mediums report experiencing regular communication from the deceased and this phenomenon has been a normal and useful aspect across cultures all over the world since antiquity. Modern mediumship research has included accuracy testing of the information reported by mediums under blinded laboratory conditions with statistically significant results. It has been posited that mediums are using clairvoyance, precognition, or telepathy with the living to acquire accurate information about the deceased. A recent study examined mediums’ experiences during mediumship readings for the deceased and during psychic readings for/about the living. Participant responses from 113 self-identified mediums and 14 Windbridge Certified Research Mediums were quantitatively analyzed using Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count (LIWC) text analysis software and qualitatively analyzed using a content analysis methodology. Statistically significant (p<0.01) differences were seen for LIWC categories including social and perceptual processes and insight. Qualitative content analysis found that mediumistic experiences include a triangulation of the communication and that psychic experiences include the information flowing from various sources including from the deceased. Further analysis demonstrated that the level of development of the self-identified mediums was significantly less than that of the Windbridge mediums (z=4.931, p&alt;0.01) and indicates that blocking unwanted communication from the deceased is a learned skill. Together, these findings strongly call into question the continued use of terminology separating mediums’ experiences into categories that do and do not involve communication with the deceased. Going forward, it will be necessary for language to reflect empirical data and the experiences of modern mediums rather than philosophical conjecture.

In many in vivo and in vitro experiments over the course of 35 years, robust and reliable data demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt that “healing” can happen, that dose is a factor, that healing proceeds non-linearly, that it is not fundamentally “energy” but “information” that is involved, that it is not correlated to a particular state of mind but functions more as an autonomic response to the need of the healee, to name but a few findings.
The present paper reports on experiments that produced significant genomic changes in 67 out of 168 cancer related genes brought about by in-vitro exposure to a recording of healing intention. The recording was produced inside a Faraday cage using 38 sensors of various sensitivities that were intended to capture healing signals produced by three practitioners of the Bengston method of healing.
Data analysis focused on genes involved in cancer pathways or in cancer inflammation. Conclusions from the in-vitro work include: 1) healing intention can be captured and released, thereby potentially allowing the phenomenon to be more scalable in its dissemination; 2) reproducible biologic changes can be induced by healing intention, whether by direct hands-on healing or using a recording of healing activity; 3) hands-on delivery of healing intention may be stronger than a recording of that intention.
As of this writing, in-vivo experiments involving exposure of mice to the recording have just begun. The results of these experiments are due at the end of April, and will be reported on at the conference.

ABSTRACT
In 1949, Radionics pioneer, Thomas Hieronymus, was awarded a U.S. Patent for the detection of eloptic energy (EE) from “materials and volumes thereof.” This technology became the basis for his “Hieronymus Machine.” However, the device follows no currently accepted scientific or engineering paradigm. Starting in the 1950s, writer John Campbell claimed that the device functioned using the operator’s psi and could still produce an output even if the electronics were replaced by a schematic of the internal circuit. This non-electronic device is known as a Symbolic Hieronymus Machine (SHM). In the current exploratory study, a SHM was used to predict voting results in six “Battle Ground” states (states whose voting outcomes could not be predicted using traditional means) during the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election. A randomized, blinded protocol was used to establish two baseline EE Rates: one for historically “Blue” and another for historically “Red” voting states. Next, using the same protocol, EE Rates were established for each of the six target states while the operator asked to be shown the state’s future election outcome. The resulting EE Rates were mapped to the Blue and Red baseline rates to create outcome predictions for each target. This method accurately predicted the outcomes in five of the six states. In comparison, only two states were accurately predicted using the same protocol with a truly random source substituted for the SHM. While still exploratory, this project demonstrates a potential methodology to evaluate event prediction using the SHM and similar devices.

ABSTRACT
Many, if not most people give anecdotal accounts as proof of their work and worthiness: "I worked for on a police case and they solved it." If asked, "How many cases did they solve without your help?" There is no proof. Unfortunately, they don't know how to gain better proof from the customers for whom they work. This topic delineates the ways to get and provide actual proof of your work and the worthiness of your work in today's data-oriented, hard-proof-required world.

ABSTRACT
I introduce a model that attempts to bridge the gap between psi research and some deep philosophical questions about consciousness, such as the hard problem and the selection problem. The selection problem is introduced here as a unique extension of the hard problem: while the hard problem asks "How does a physical system becomes conscious?", the selection problem asks "Once conscious, how does the conscious physical system become a particular self?". It is argued that these problems appear to be connected to the phenomenon of true randomness, and further exploration into the nature of mental interaction with random events will help elucidate a full theory of consciousness. In many mind-matter interaction experiments, random number generators that take advantage of quantum uncertainty have been used, but we note that turbulence in fluids is a non-linear process that may also be truly random in nature. The non-linearity implies that small effects of mental interaction with turbulence may be amplified to magnitudes that make the phenomenon more visible. Preliminary results from two experiments will be presented here. In one experiment, participants (in an online interface) attempted to influence turbulent wind fluctuations measured by a sonic anemometer in Davis, CA. In another experiment, a random event generator (TrueRNG) is placed on an aircraft operated by Scientific Aviation, Inc. The TrueRNG output was significantly more ordered when flying through regions of convective turbulence (z=3.67, p=0.0002, two-tailed). These findings hint at the possibility of a deep connection between quantum randomness, turbulence, and consciousness.

ABSTRACT
One of the major difficulties in the ability of a scientist to provide accurate results when testing within the energy healing discipline is the lack of an evaluation protocol to determine practitioner competence. An empirical test for energy practitioners has been developed including measures using Triaxial ELF Magnetic Field meter, Data Logging Multi meter, RF Field meter, Acoustimeter, Broadcast Frequency counter, digital pH meter, digital ppm meter, GDV and physiology suite including HRV, GSR, Respiration, EMG, EKG, Temp and BVP. Test results for over 500 practitioners of various styles of energy work will be presented. Limitations of the test suite will be discussed.

ABSTRACT
One of the most compelling aspects of remote viewing (RV)’s value as evidence for the presence of non-local elements within human consciousness is its reliance upon true experimental blindness as an integral part of its protocol. Beyond this, there is general agreement that RV is also most *effectively* done under blind conditions, as this creates the necessary mental space for the viewer to capture the subtle impressions that comprise RV data. A crucial question must be asked, however: What does “blindness” really mean, in the context of a skill that presupposes the potential for an RVer’s mind to access all of space-time? This talk will explore the importance of blindness within both experimental and applications-focused RV, and the role of RV “cues” and intention in the remote viewing process. It will then address a dangerously common assumption – that blindness to the target is an effective insulator against the introduction of participant biases into RV data. Contemporary examples will be provided that illustrate participant-bias bypassing well-constructed experimental protocols and insinuating inaccurate data into RV session work. Finally, a case will be made that far from these facts pointing to any deficiency in RV, they in fact highlight opportunities for important new avenues of research, which might result in advances across all of parapsychology.

ABSTRACT
In May of 1996 Sherri Dally was kidnapped by her husband’s mistress, driven to a remote location, savagely murdered and dumped into a ravine. It was on that same night I had a disturbing dream in which I was riding in the backseat of a car and realized my husband and his mistress were about to kill me. Those startling insights into Sherri's last moments and her location later proved helpful to local law enforcement and changed the entire trajectory of my life.
I’ve had other dreams of this nature over the years, revealing the location of a body or propelling me into the tense scene of Seal Team 6 creeping up the smoky, dark steps to ambush Bin Laden, but the first fateful dream thrust me unexpectedly into the world of psychic crime fighting where I have stayed for more than two decades.
This presentation will highlight my work on a few high profile cases such as Natalee Holloway, the Beltway Snipers and my long-term work on Chandra Levy, the DC intern who went missing while having an affair with congressman Gary Condit. I will discuss my process of perceiving residual energy present at crime scenes and the challenges and frustrations of missing persons work. Also covered will be the mysterious case of Tiffany Daniels and my foray into the field of human trafficking.

ABSTRACT
A vivid discussion revolves around the role of the human mind in the quantum measurement process. While some authors argue that conscious observation is a necessary element to achieve the transition from quantum to classical states during measurement, some go even further and propose a more active influence of the human mind on the probabilities of quantum measurement outcomes. This proposition was tested in micro-Psychokinesis (micro-Pk) research in which intentional observer effects on quantum random number generators (RNGs) were investigated. In the studies presented here we extended this line of research and tested the impact of unconscious goals on micro-Pk. Our focus was cigarette addiction as an unconscious drive and we hypothesized that regular cigarette smokers would influence the outcome of a quantum RNG that determined whether the participant was going to see a smoking-related or a neutral picture. While a first study showed strong evidence for a micro-Pk effect, a replication attempt failed to reproduce the results. When the data from both studies are combined a remarkable change in effect across time (resembling a combination of appearance followed by decline) can be seen only in the smoker’s subsample. Appearance-and-decline effects were absent in the non-smokers sample and in a simulation. Based on von Lucadou’s Model of Pragmatic Information we suggest that (micro-)Pk effects follow a systematic pattern comparable to a dampened harmonic oscillation. Although micro-Pk effects seem to elude a classical proof, an analysis and prediction of their temporal change might proof to be a promising workaround.

ABSTRACT
This presentation begins with a review of my three unusual dreams on the same night in July, 2017 and how they correlated with personal associations, previous psi dreams and a First Sight Theory (FST) perspective. FST is a concept recently proposed by James Carpenter, First Sight: ESP and Parapsychology in Everyday Life that considers psi as a primary sense that links with subliminal perception and memory as an integrated on-going subconscious process with a main goal of species well-being and survival. I was certain that these three mysterious dreams were significant and resulted from my focus on psi dream vigilance but could not understand why they occurred.
Two days later an unexpected email solved the mystery by providing information on one of Ingo Swann’s dream scripts and some of his paintings. It was sent by Maryanne Bilham, producer of a documentary about Ingo Swann. She was seeking comments on his dream script and paintings from a dream consciousness point-of-view. Two on my three dreams closely resembled Ingo’s dream sketch and dream narrative. One dream correlated with the symbolism in one of his paintings. I discuss the subconscious factors of why these dreams may have occurred and the symbolic aspects of some of Ingo’s paintings from a Jungian perspective.
The presentation concludes with the relevance of First Sight Theory for evaluating dreams, the value of psi dream vigilance and considers how certain dream imagery may provide insight into the psi process.

ABSTRACT
Conventional methods of reducing emissions from internal combustion engines, such catalytic conversion and particulate filtration, require high temperatures and often unrealistic operating demands to be effective. These systems have a short operating life, and are costly to replace and maintain. Furthermore, they are reaching or have reached the end of their ability to meet global emissions mandates.
Leading laboratories have recognized the potential of utilizing plasma (charged particles within a luminous gas) to reform unwanted emissions into neutral constituents, and thereby reduce pollution. However, several decades of attempts to develop a practical solution have failed for a variety of reasons: plasma instability, large power requirements, lack of robust reactor architectures, and the generation of unwanted chemical byproducts.
ThrivalTech, a plasma research and development company, has developed a practical method of utilizing plasma to oxidize emissions within the internal combustion engine. By applying electrodynamic principles modeled upon the geometries of nature, ThrivalTech has coherently directed plasma to decompose toxic pollution in situ, at low temperatures and low cost, without generating harmful chemical byproducts.
Tests of initial prototypes have demonstrated a 25% simultaneous reduction in Carbon Monoxide and Nitrogen Monoxide during a diesel cold-start, a 98% reduction of Nitrogen Oxides on a propane engine, and the ability to oxidize soot at temperatures as low as 120 °C in a diesel particulate filter. All of which are impossible with conventional methods.

A duo of Controlled Remote Viewers answers a family’s request for help with 12-year old twin boys who have been diagnosed with severe autism. Applying CRV, the team identifies areas that may be fruitful for future medical and scientific research into the causes and treatment of autism. The team also uses Remote Viewing techniques to mentally access the twin boys, who are non-verbal, to understand how they experience their condition and to discover practical steps for improving their quality of life. The presentation will cover background of the project, ethical issues, process, results produced by the CRVers, feedback provided by the family, and recent scientific discoveries that appear to corroborate the project’s findings.

ABSTRACT
Associative Remote Viewing is one of the only methods studied formally in parapsychology that has demonstrated successful application of psi in predicting future events leading to the acquisition of money. ARV projects are also enjoying a higher “hit” rate then other precognitive projects. In order to understand what worked when predictions resulted in hits, and what went wrong when predictions resulted in misses, a large sample size of completed ARV trials (apx) for 86 individual events related to sports or financial events are being re-evaluated by by six single new judges and two teams of two judges operating
under blind conditions. These judges are repeating the judging, scoring, and predicting of 221 individual remote viewer’s transcripts which comprise the 96 events, while keeping all other variables stable. These new scores/predictions will then be compared to the original scores and predictions as well as to each other. If we find that specific single new judge(s) or a team of two judge’s predictions matched the actual outcome more consistently then the others, this will illuminate which judging methods (single vs. team of judges) and scoring methods (7 point scale vs. 3 point scale) can be considered more effective if the end goal is having higher hit rates and less misses. All but one team of judges have now completed their tasks and we anticipate having results in by the end of this month, with analysis completed by early April. This project is a recipient of the 2017 $3000 PEAR grant, awarded by the Parapsychology Association, but we’d like to unveil it at the IRVA/SSE conference first.

ABSTRACT
When a public figure dies, often the essence of who they were disappears. Not true of Ingo Swann: “father of remote viewing”; trainer of U.S. military psychic spies; parapsychologist and visionary artist, whose vast collection of papers, letters, books, and artwork comprise 121 boxes offering unique auto-ethnographic, phenomenological, and anthropological tools that are of a more intimate and revelatory nature then an ordinary literature review could provide. Utilizing Bruno Latour's Actor Network theory's flat approach to honoring all ""actants"" and tools as worthy of consideration, learn how Ingo Swann, as a revered and feared, misunderstood and controversial subject as researcher and researcher as subject, maintained an unrivaled commitment to science, and to disciplined practice and observation of self and others that continues to inspire generations of remote viewers today. In this talk, controversies over who really owned the rights to Controlled Remote Viewing Methodologies, whether CRV was ""proved or not""; why he left SRI and his contract with the U.S government ended; what his true agenda was; his involvement in Scientology, and other hidden gems about the hundreds of famous and colorful figures he associated with, will be offered.

ABSTRACT
The belief that darkness plays a facilitating role in putative remote viewing and other psi-related phenomena is well established in esoteric and traditional beliefs. However, the role of darkness in RV success is unclear beyond these esoteric explanations. This study explored the differential effect of darkness/light on purported remote viewing ability alongside the effect of time and their potential interaction. From an initial sample of twenty, seven remote viewing claimants contributed a total of nineteen sessions each (nine light/ ten dark) which utilised randomized target selection, free-response descriptions, and ratings by both participants and an independent judge. The usable data gave the edge to dark condition performance; the difference was not statistically significant. On the whole, participants who left the study early reported they did not find the target pictures “engaging,” “interesting,” or “emotionally involving”. This led to exploratory post-hoc analyses concerning the numinosity of target images, to determine if this characteristic is associated with success. For the numinosity ratings of target images, a mean difference of 11.24, 95% CI [.12, 22.3] was shown as significant, with the target images of participant ‘hit’ sessions containing higher numinosity ratings than unsuccessful ‘miss’ sessions (t (11.47) = 2.22, p (1-tailed) = .024) with a large effect size (d = 1.02, [.01, 1.99]). To our knowledge, this analysis is the first attempt to evaluate target numinosity on remote viewing success, with these findings having implications for the selection of target material for future remote viewing research.

ABSTRACT
An associative remote viewing (ARV) project was designed to predict investments and generate funds. Three viewers made weekly predictions on Sunday about an image they would be shown on Friday. Two images were selected to represent different states of a stock, and a judge reviewed the images and the viewers’ information. Based on the viewers’ impressions and a judge’s decision, an investor submitted funds predicting that the stock would rise or fall in value during the week. The investment results were affected by complications in the investing platform, and because of this, the investment lost just under 7.5%. Without the complications, the investment would have made about 2.5% profit over 12 weeks. More importantly, this study examined the importance of the judge and investment selection in the ARV process. A second judge and investment instrument were included, blinded to all study participants. The second judge (J2) performed at a significantly less accurate level from the first judge (p<r;0.05), and J2 also performed significantly lower than could be expected by chance (p=0.02; effect size=-1.498; power>r;.80). Both judges performed significantly differently on the target investment than on a control investment. Although this is a pilot study with a small sample size and a limited number of sessions, conclusions are that the selection of a judge, even a very experienced judge, can have a significant effect on the success of an ARV project and that judges’ decisions are more affected by the target investments than by a comparable control investment. Future ARV projects are advised to qualify judges for accuracy just as they qualify viewers for accuracy.

ABSTRACT
Anyone who has tried to record an OBE struggles with the hit-and-miss nature of that phenomenon. Group intention experiments often require the passage of time to determine a result, which is often clouded by ambiguity due to the presence of alternative causes for the desired effect. In remote viewing experiments, it can be difficult to differentiate between true perception-at-a-distance and pre-cognitive ESP (perceiving what your own eyes will be looking at in the future when receiving target feedback). With controlled macro-PK, these difficulties are absent, or greatly reduced. Subjects can start and stop their efforts at will, with the target responding accordingly, limited by each subject's threshold for exhaustion or boredom. Recording the target’s response is easy, yet it is the measurement of the subjects and their environment which offers us great opportunities for exploration. EEG, skin conductance and other readings can easily be taken during PK. Random event generators can be placed near the subjects and targets to measure changes in ordinarily random processes. Biophoton and other bioenergetic readings can be taken, which scientists like Dr. Beverly Rubik already know a great deal about. While it may be difficult to find talented healers, seers, and energy workers, PK is an easily trainable skill which is quickly spreading throughout the world. Researchers can easily become their own subject while testing a new experimental design.

Sean McNamara teaches meditation and consciousness development in Denver, Colorado. He is the author of “Meditation X: Telekinesis” and “Defy Your Limits: The Telekinesis Training Method.” In 2014, Sean McNamara watched an online video of Cherylee Black giving a presentation to the International Association of Near-Death Studies in which she showed a personal example of macro-PK. Inspired, he trained himself in PK, and then devised an efficient protocol for teaching it to people in under two hours. In that time, a person can move their target from a distance in a way that is immediately observable and repeatable. Through his books and videos, people everywhere are learning McNamara’s PK protocols. He hopes this will support greater collaboration between scientists and practitioners. Working together, we can expand the walls of our “reality box” and replace old belief systems with new ones, which will help to advance research.
ABSTRACT
"Consider a machine designed to carry out specific actions automatically – a robot – that is controlled by our intentions. Imagine it being able to carry out functions at speeds, time and size scales, distances, and levels of complexity that would be impossible for unaided humans to carry out. Such systems have already been demonstrated, but only the tip of the iceberg has been exposed. Much more is possible, which will stretch the imagination.
With the application of intention, psychokinesis, one of the components of psi, has been shown to influence random systems in a wide range of experiments. In common examples, this intention has been used to produce a particular outcome. Examples include influencing the result of a coin flip, the tossing of dice, and the output of an electronic random number generator (RNG). These systems, however, are not robots.
Basic psibots, which I define as robots driven by psi-mediated intention, have been demonstrated as well. These include
- an RNG-driven motorized device with direction of motion influenced by the intention of operators;1
- a system in which one RNG predicts the random switching of another RNG about one second in advance;2
- a color-changing lamp that responds to intention;3
- raster scanned images produced from an RNG present during remote viewing sessions.4
Less obvious examples have been demonstrated as well. These and future applications in entertainment, investments, and scientific exploration will be presented.

ABSTRACT
The development of applications can help to establish emerging theories and fields of study such as consciousness science. Engineering, Design and architecture are examples of applied fields that can develop valuable applications of consciousness knowledge. All of our interactions are mediated through being or consciousness, establishing a two-way relationship between consciousness and everything else. Therefore, we can work under the hypothesis that by curating and designing our experiences with environments and objects we interact, that we can affect the well-being and development of consciousness. We will provide examples of how design and technology can promote states of higher awareness, well-being and performance and how consciousness can inform design and technology. Ultimately, we seek to encourage others to apply their expertise to reveal applications of consciousness in their fields and vice-versa. As valuable applications are developed, consciousness science and practice will demonstrate real-world solutions that can help humanity develop together through more conscious communities.

ABSTRACT
Decades of field and laboratory research has robustly demonstrated the effects of collective consciousness and intentionality on purportedly random events and systems (e.g., random number generators (RNGs) etc.). Regardless, the field continues to grapple with the rampant and undue level of skepticism entrenched within the dominant material reductionist scientific paradigm. Consequently, much attention continues to be devoted towards “proving” these effects under carefully controlled conditions. However, people’s experiences with applications such as Psyleron’s SyncTXT suggest that there may be much more potential meaning to be derived from “random” events than what is captured by simple statistical p-values. If and when the anomalous becomes commonplace and we finally collectively accept the reality of these phenomena, many avenues for future exploration open up to us.
In this poster, I present several demonstrations and conceptual methods for exploring RNG data. For example, RNGs might be utilized to trigger secondary behaviors such as with financial investments tools etc. Likewise, RNG signals may prove useful for make reverse inferences about when meaningful events occur. In a recent collaboration with Dr. Eben Alexander and his parter Karen Newell, we used RNG data synchronized with a live recording of his 2017 IANDS keynote address to identify possible “highlights” of the talk. I also propose methods for concurrent collection of RNG data with other signals (e.g., psychophysiological, hyper-scanned EEG, audio/video, and other forms of psi/PK). Finally, I present an algorithm that I developed for patterning and exploring secondary and tertiary effects within random data.

ABSTRACT
"It is shown how the collective intelligence of humanity can be accessed via a commonly sensed consciousness: 1) the physics and cosmology which support this; 2) our ability to demonstrate this scientifically; and 3) how this can be achieved conceptually and practically, via collaborative research, education, films, and social media.
It is argued that an effective way to view consciousness is as a “superposition” of existence and nonexistence, producing an indivisible experience of “nonlocal being”, plus who and what we perceive ourselves to be (local observers). This relationship between an observer-based localization and the nonlocal whole is examined. Using ideas from general relativity and quantum mechanics (QM), I model how a space-time continuum (GR)—including QM probability and uncertainty, as properties of consciousness—may have arisen as dynamic complementarities. Here, mathematics, physical fields and forces are valued as information-based by products of a nonlocal superfluid system. Nonexistence, as undifferentiated consciousness, is seen as the only constant in existence. As such, existence and nonexistence would function as an undivided whole, sustaining virtual particle production and annihilation—within a field of unlimited possibilities and potentials, united by dimensionless point-centered-processes. If existence is virtual, this would allow for a unity we can experience—as a species.
Can our decisions and actions cohere and co-create a world which works for everyone? If we are each to en-soul the universe, and be conscious of being Consciousness together, can the presence of this awareness afford to rest with only those of us who understand this challenge?

I design and implement programs to help shift the separative ‘mind-set’ of humanity. It is my sense of nature's intentions that our interconnectedness is meant to be felt and thought, intuitively, by every human being. I currently orchestrate a large-scale, spiritually-inspired, multinational, scientifically-based, media project, designed to facilitate humanity's leap into collective enlightenment. Our capacity to share a ‘common sense’ might be the next step in human evolution and it may well prove to be essential to our survival as a species.
ABSTRACT
During a well-documented period of history called the Axial Era, East and West split philosophically and metaphysically along two different line of thought. Western thought followed logic, reason and analysis through reduction, while the eastern system of thought depended on intuition and spirituality, which resulted in a more esoteric Eastern science and approach to life in general. But now as all physics is being unified into one single theoretical and paradigmatic whole, these two seemingly opposite and mutually incompatible metaphysical approaches to life, mind and consciousness as well as perceiving the external material/physical world will be accepted as no different at all since they represent one mind and consciousness as they do one physical reality. The world is not split into two different parts. Our minds incorrectly split the world into two parts causing theoretical problems such as the differences between relativity and the quantum, determinism and indeterminism, and finally the most fundamental split of all between point and extension. Once knowledge of this simple truth unifies the paradigms of Western physics, the Eastern metaphysical systems can be added to Western science for a still grander, complete and far more comprehensive model of nature, physical reality, our existence and being. Eastern concepts such as spiritual/mystical enlightenment and Chi/Qi/Ki/Prana become easy to explain within standard physics, which justifies their adaptation to Western medicine, healing and health practices. New technological developments such as ZPE and FTL will also become realities as we learn better how to apply this new physics.

ABSTRACT
During previous experiments, FieldREG data from random event generators were collected while experienced meditators focused their attention on the emotions of Love and Hate. The current exploratory study used those datasets and a new Neutral intention dataset to drive the gameplay of an online game in order to determine if the intention associated with each dataset impacted the mood of the game’s players. “Crystal Capture” is a web-based game in which players drag a small graphic of a crystal onto a rotating pyramid located in the center of the screen. Upon starting the game, players were asked to report their current level of happiness using a five-point (1 = very happy, 5 = very unhappy) visual scale. Next, the game randomly assigned players to either the Love, Hate, or Neutral condition and loaded the associated dataset. The gameplay mechanic for each condition is identical, but game details such as the placement of graphics and the order of the sound effects are controlled by the condition dataset. Upon completing 20 rounds of gameplay, players again rate their level of happiness. Analyses of the three condition datasets showed no mathematical differences between them. Pre- and post-mood data from 120 players were also analyzed. Love condition player scores showed increased happiness (p= 0.0034), while those for the Hate condition showed decreased happiness (p= 0.0004). No difference was found for the Neutral condition. Implications and potential applications of intention-entangled datasets along with next steps in this research program will be discussed.

ABSTRACT
"The more you do something the better you get at it. This is true for physical tasks such as sports and assembling parts as well as mental tasks such as mathematical calculations and solving puzzles. Does it also hold true for psychic development? With the intention trainer experiment we seek to measure the effect of repeated trials on the participant’s ability to bias random number generators.
The ability of an individual to bias random number generators has been shown in experiments conducted at the PEAR Lab and other places. However, it was not practical to conduct a large study when participants had to come to a specific location to train. With the intention trainer app anyone with an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch can participate any time they want and get real time feedback on their trials.
This talk will start with a brief history of REG development and discuss the REG core developed for the iOS platform. Then Hale will discuss the status of the IntentionTrainer app and we will all do a REG experiment together.

ABSTRACT
Background
We recently published data suggesting that the medial prefrontal region may be part of a psi-inhibitory neural network (Freedman et al. Explore, 2018). The current research aims to identify neural correlates of psi that might be modulated by a psi-filtering neural network.
Methods
Using mind-matter interactions as a model, we examined EEG activity in six healthy participants as they tried to influence the output of a Random Event Generator (REG) that was translated into movement of an arrow on a computer screen to the right or left. Each participant completed 1,000 trials for each intention, i.e., right and left. Since potential mind-matter interactions are generally small in unselected samples of healthy individuals, we expected that most of the REG output would be random. However, we postulated that some events would reflect mind-mater interactions and that the possibility of this would be greater for runs of three or more consecutive arrow movements in the same direction. Therefore, we examined EEG activity during the one second interval preceding these runs in the direction of intention (congruent direction) or direction opposite to intention (incongruent direction).
Results
Comparing congruent vs incongruent runs of arrow movements, differences in EEG amplitude were noted predominantly in the right frontotemporal region. The effect was significant for the right intention (p=.0469) and was borderline for the left intention (p=.078).
Conclusions
The right frontotemporal region may be part of a neural network that facilitates mind-matter interactions. Implications and cautions related to this conclusion will be discussed.

ABSTRACT
One may or may not believe in things like intuition, out of body travel, remote viewing and existence of consciousness independent of body, but most people do appreciate good old science, and are more likely to accept its tangible results and benefits, as these are in a material form which one can understand easily.
This presentation explores scientific truths which tend to explain the workings of abstract edge science phenomenon with a high degree of clarity. The understanding, and consequent respect for and belief in edge science phenomenon also readily finds an application into putting together an approach which shows us a way out of the multiple issues affecting the world today.
Certain features of quantum physics explain quite well the characteristics of consciousness, and its relationship with our physical existence. When the results are further treated mathematically with things such as Einstein’s relativity theory, we obtain a clear explanation for several edge science phenomenon like out of body experience (OBE), near death experience (NDE), states of heightened consciousness like meditation, and even for things like intuition and remote viewing.
Disassociation with the physical body is one of the features of many edge science phenomenon. Also, observable and verifiable laws of science exist beyond the material aspects of the universe which we are familiar with. Studying the two together leads us to apply the knowledge towards creation of guidelines for an ideal way of living, which would take care of many of the problems our world is facing today.

ABSTRACT
"Tibetan medicine, Ayurveda, Kahuna healing, Native American traditions and other indigenous cultures recognize the existence of four major dimensions of the self--the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. These four aspects and their corresponding energy fields are also found in ancient Vedic texts and other wisdom traditions. The energy fields constitute the vehicles through which we experience the varied dimensions of existence.
This multidimensional framework gained legitimacy in modern science through the work of Stanford Professor Emeritus William Tiller, PhD, as well as Richard Gerber, MD, whose seminal book, Vibrational Medicine, was the first energy medicine textbook of its kind. Tiller's model is widely used among researchers of subtle energy phenomena and serves as a foundation for understanding the human within a larger energy based framework, extending incrementally from the physical to the universal levels. In this talk we will explore the model and what it contributes to our understanding of anomalies involving consciousness and the paranormal.
We will discuss how a seamless flow of energy refracts into four frequency domains, the planes of existence, and how the energy fields occupy those channels of experience. The role of consciousness within this framework will be addressed and research supporting the model will be shared.
Tiller's science based model has significant explanatory value in terms of understanding experiences in which there is action at a distance, such as remote healing, remote viewing, mediumship and out of body experiences. It also has pragmatic value in substantiating an array of energy-based healing modalities.

ABSTRACT
Is there any empirical evidence that we live in a multiverse? The Many Interacting Worlds model (MIW) created by Hall, Deckert, and Wiseman (2014) posits that electrons act as multidimensional harmonic oscillators whose behavior or “Interworld Potential” is a function of the classical, energy-minimizing Euler-Lagrangian dynamics of a large but finite number of parallel realities rather than the Schroedinger wave equation. Quantum phenomena are, in fact, the deterministic outcome of complex multiverse interactions. With a minimum of 41 parallel realities per electron, MIW can reproduce all Quantum Mechanical phenomena such as double-slit or quantum tunneling without resorting to any complex wave function. So the question arises as to whether the multiverse is just a philosophical metaphor or an actual empirically real entity with measurable effects on our world. In this talk, we’ll look at some of the mathematical implications of such a multiverse model by examining such well-established phenomena as the Aharonov-Bohm effect, Berry Curvatures, the fractional fractal Quantum Hall Effect, and the Hofstadter Butterfly. If multiverse phenomena are indeed real and not just metaphorical, we should expect to see enhanced Gaussian distributions with complex fractal characteristics in many different types of data. These statistical properties should be seen in PSI-related experiments including remote viewing, micro-PK, and precognitive research.

Scarlett met David for the first time in September 2005 when David was on the brink of death. He had been in an unresponsive coma for nearly four weeks, on a ventilator for life support and in complete kidney failure due to a rare form of vasculitis. Scarlett spent 12 days doing energy healing with David. During that time, they had a Shared Near-Death Experience (SNDE) resulting in an unexplained medical recovery for David and an unexpected love story for them both. Scarlett also experienced contact with healing beings from another dimension who appeared blue in color and assisted with David's healing. The story of two people who woke up to a world of love on the other side and were able to bring it back to earth-together-will inspire others to know that the transformative power of healing love exists and can be applied in everyday life.

ABSTRACT
The notion of a life energy or subtle energy associated with the living state goes back to antiquity. Energy healing, qigong, out-of-the-body experiences, and invocations of extraphysical consciousnesses (disincarnate beings) suggest that subtle energies may exist that go beyond conventional science. In controlled experiments we explore whether experienced practitioners engaging in energy healing and other psychoenergetic practices can influence novel detectors shielded from conventional energies in a “Sensor Suite,” a customized array of environmental, physiological, and novel subtle energy sensors. We looked for detector responses time-correlated with specific psychoenergetic activities, subject physiological parameters, and subject intent, while monitoring over a dozen sensors simultaneously and continuously using real-time computer data acquisition. Evidence from case studies shows that certain shielded detectors respond to purported subtle energies, suggesting that there are radiant energies beyond conventional electromagnetism that emanate from human subjects in certain psycho-physiological states. The magnitude of subtle energy detector response appears to correlate with focus, emotional charge, heightened psycho-physiological states, and subject spontaneity. Evidence also suggests that it may be independent of distance.

ABSTRACT
From 2013 through 2017, carefully controlled studies have been conducted with a gifted participant to determine if he is able to control the amount of light recorded in a double-darkroom. The laboratory consists of a double-darkroom and a photomultiplier tube (PMT) designed to detect ultraviolet and visible light at levels as low as one photon per half second. Readings in an empty room are in the range of 3 – 5 photons per second.
In each session, a baseline count of photons was taken when the participant was in a resting state. The experimental segment of the session involved the participant attempting an energy healing or trying to produce light in the room purely through personal intention.
In 38 of the 58 sessions, the mean number of photons recorded during the experimental segment was greater than the number recorded during the baseline segment (p<0.05 & often p>0.0001 (two-tailed); d between 0.11 & 0.40 in significant sessions). This participant not only demonstrated the ability to produce light effects on demand, but the magnitude, duration, and consistency of the effect increased over the 5 year period indicating a learning process.
In 17 of these sessions, the shutter to the PMT was closed to block all light from entering the device. 10 of these sessions showed a significant difference between the experimental and baseline segments indicating a possible electronic PK effect (d between 0.12 & 0.24 in significant sessions).

ABSTRACT
As Americans become more and more drawn to traditional and integrative methods of healing as well as in altered consciousness, we are poised to embrace Embodied Imagination (EI) as a healing practice as well. Embodied Imagination is a creative and therapeutic form of working with dream and memory images pioneered by Robert Bosnak, PsA, who is a Dutch Jungian analyst, scholar and author. The method which is heavily based in Jungian dream theory as well as in archetypal psychology and alchemy. Some of the scientific theories regarding its efficacy lie in placebo effect as well as polyvagal theory and neuroscience.
There is much in common between the mystic experience, shamanism, the psychedelic experience and Embodied Imagination. This belief is based on the personal experiences of the author, as well as on working with many others as a practitioner of Embodied Imagination. This article will examine how mysticism, altered consciousness and the psychedelic experience are related to Embodied Imagination, as well as how a fuller understanding of each may lend support to the therapeutic potential in practicing EI.

ABSTRACT
This presentation will finalize a work that was presented in San Francisco in June of 2014, entitled “Consciousness and the Quantum Field”. I have summarized six principles defining the underlying basis of the physics of consciousness. They are all extensions of well-founded existing physical principles. Conscious Observational Causality: Conscious expectation effects appearance. The outcome of a process depends upon how you observe it. This principle is emergent from quantum observational causality, dependent on laboratory measurement setup.
Causal Time Reversal: An effect may precede its cause in time. This presentation will show how current cosmological data supports widespread causal time reversal. The broken symmetry between memory and precognition will be addressed. Second Law Suspension: Conscious observation may promote order out of chaos. Entropy distributions are locally warped by observational causality, resulting in order appearing out of chaos. Consciousness and will contribute to second law suspension. Mental Events: Quantum fields are composed of events in consciousness represented mathematically by binary exchange operators. Collapse of the wave function may be explained in terms of the action of field raising and lowering operators.
Special Unitary Group Representations: Space, time and motion are produced by consciousness. The various dynamical operators are emergent from binary events having the yin and yang characteristics of consciousness.
Quantum Coherence and Indistinguishability: Identical particles yield to identical state transitions of Bose-Einstein statistics, which group to form a single identity. Electromagnetic phase coherence gives rise to identical, indistinguishable photons in the same state. This is a basis for conscious self-identity.

For forty years I have been steadily engaged in experimental and theoretical research in the physics of the paranormal and physics of consciousness. None of this was funded and little was published. The reason for this is that I was absorbed in a career in industrial physics with TRW systems, most of which was with the country’s defense industry. After forty years I retired to a second career of teaching undergraduate physics at Weber State. I retired fully in 2015, and am finishing writing my book on the consciousness of physics. Other credits include past membership in the American Rocket Society, IEEE, AIAA, current retired status in the American Physical Society, and retired associate membership in the Parapsychological Association. I am currently retired as an associate of SSE.
ABSTRACT
Oracle decks such Steven Farmer's Messages from Your Animal Spirit Guides Oracle Cards Deck: A 44-Card Deck and Guidebook and Animal Spirits Knowledge Cards, artwork by Susan Seddon Boulet, are examples of divination for practitioners in New Age and alternative ways of entering personal growth challenges. The use of these decks for connections to self-understanding have become essential to ways of knowing oneself. Background to integrating interdependence of human and nonhuman beings with the meaning of animal spirits could have its origins in culturally specific skills for sustaining communities; but, maybe to modern day practitioners animal spirits create a mixed artistic and somehow special practice that calls one to a 'path' to 'healing', offering a sense of the missing sacred within. The questions arise: What ideas do card deck users have in mind when facilitating readings with animal pictures? Is point of time to introduce a card reading attractive to people who experience this mode of introspection? What creates confidence for the practitioner? My exploration involves interviews of readers who use animal guides through oracle decks. I hope to begin to address a useful viewpoint to reflect upon the activity of animal spirit guides through card reading and concepts of totems and animistic beliefs as potentially creating a subculture of healing.

ABSTRACT
The existence of abnormal phenomena (PK, UFO etc) observed, the existence of cosmic singularities (Big Bang and Black hole) theorized, and the failure of Quantum Dynamics and General Relativity on the above problems make people cast doubts on the authority of modern physics. People must rethink about the nature. Last talk in Yale, Connecticut, this author addressed the complex structures (particle and volume field) of fundamental body (such as quark), hadron, biomacromolecule, and living body, as well as quantum-like property of volume motion of volume field (duality of pulsation and volume motion). This talk, the author will demonstrate the classic-like properties of absoluteness and restoration of volume motion of volume field, as displacement motion of particle possesses the classic properties of relativity and inertia. In addition, the author will further discuss the behaviors of volume field at equilibrium state by "quantizing" restoration force.

ABSTRACT
"This presentation aims to explore the relationship between three domains of human experience: 1) Nonduality, or the direct realization of a unified field of consciousness; 2) Subtle energy perception, or the sensations of pulsation, flow, and vibration that are felt beyond the ordinary physical range of human sensation, and 3) Psychological healing, or the process by which we resolve past traumas and mature integrally as human beings.
The notion of embodiment is explored as the convergence of these three domains, insofar as we can 1) Feel into a field of consciousness that engenders a fundamental sense of well-being (nonduality); 2) Not just be aware of this space on an intellectual level, but actually feel it enlivening our entire sensory field (subtle energy perception); and 3) allow this deeper threshold of being to touch into and release personal traumas, emotional fixations, and unhealthy conditionings (psychological healing). Embodiment meditation is one method by which we can mature within all of these domains in a way such that all of them enrich one another.

ABSTRACT
The research of the SSE is largely born out of the re-evaluation of deep unexamined assumptions upon which much of the scientific establishment worldview is built. Such assumptions include:
i. Consciousness is an epiphenomenon of the brain.
ii. Peer review is incorruptible.
iii. Of course the government would tell us if there were aliens.
iv. Zero Point Energy is impossible; it would violate the laws of thermodynamics.
v. Morality has nothing to do with technology.
The purpose of this presentation is to illuminate a possible unexamined assumption of our own, which is: the publication of quality research is enough to eventually reach a tipping point against the biases of the scientific establishment. This presentation will:
i. Examine the nature of the scientific establishments bias.
ii. Illustrate the psychological mechanisms which further fuel it.
iii. Reveal how this community can begin to break through the cognitive dissonance which slows research and true debate to one in which whole systems are seen and discussed maturely.
Michael and Susan will do this by:
i. Breaking down examples of phenomena for which there is overwhelming evidence and is critical to the scientific establishment.
ii. Demonstrate that it is not a lack of research or evidence, but a complex psychological edifice that drives “skepticism"".
iii. Propose a holistic solution to transforming the nature of the debate, drawing upon emotional intelligence, the aether, ground breaking films and space weather events impacting our planet.

ABSTRACT
Human Bio Energy signatures, Sounds, Natural Intuitionists, Natural Telepathies, Remote Viewing, Karma, Out of Body Experiences, Feng Shu, Yoga, Cultural Views, Hypnosis and Faith are all fields when void of any anger, violence or ego and can lead toward a person’s next level of awareness and accession. The expansion of the field of predictive intelligence is becoming the round table of where these discussions are taking place. The alchemy of the universe is translated into patterns allowing us an opportunity to move collectively forward.
How do we apply the fields above towards consciousness? We can use the ‘keys’ in a person when the keys are isolated and then integrating in to a larger picture the key pattern provides the road to clarity for the person regarding their life’s role. Showing a person their pattern allows a person to see their existence in a Kaleidoscope format. The pattern cannot be seen unless you understand how to view a few key pieces of your life to a different perspective, and then you can begin to see the awe of the universe and move towards a collective consciousness and the infinite universe.

ABSTRACT
Despite the huge demand by the public for having experiences of a transformative, spiritual, or psi-related nature, scientific Parapsychology has up until this point, focused primarily on proof research and process research. Despite the enormous gains the field has made from this research, this talk will make the argument that the field would be greatly assisted - as well as the general public - if it shifted more of its attention to application research, more specifically on how individuals can better induce experiences, improve psychic abilities, apply psychic abilities to personal and societal problems and how these processes can be used to increase personal growth, well-being and happiness. This could also include the study and development of better techniques and methods, the teacher/student relationship, the ethics of using psychic ability and other topics. Overall such a shift in focus could actually help the field significantly with issues it has faced historically such as funding, growth and engagement with the public, organizations and instructors whom are involved with psychic development related educational activities. This would also help parapsychology to address numerous issues consumers face such as false/misleading claims about psi, pseudoscientific claims and other problems. This talk will also propose practical steps the field can take to go in this direction as well as potential obstacles. The speaker will share and relate observations and experiences from over fifteen years of studying and teaching various forms of meditation and the development of non-local states of consciousness, especially out-of-body experiences.

ABSTRACT
Some people think that psychic readings and Controlled Remote Viewing don't mix! Learn how you can utilize both ideograms and the Stage 4 Matrix of the CRV structure to obtain detailed, specific, and instantaneous information for your clients!
For years, it was thought that the military structure of CRV could not be used in a face-to-face (or over the phone) format for psychic readings. Lori Williams, a CRV instructor with 21 years' experience, has utilized CRV to give psychic readings, enhance her mediumship abilities, and obtain information during Reiki and healing sessions.
Join us for this fascinating foray into the mysterious and magical structure of Controlled Remote Viewing as we ""cross the bridge"" to close any gaps between remote viewers, psychics and mediums!"

WORKSHOP: WHAT IS REMOTE VIEWING?
A significant percentage of those attending the joint conference of the Society for Scientific Exploration and the International Remote Viewing Association
Paul’s presentation and workshop will give you a solid foundation and answer many questions people often ask when first beginning to explore remote viewing. You will learn what remote viewing is, get a brief introduction to how it got started, enjoy a taste of some of the amazing results remote viewers have experienced, and have an opportunity to try to achieve your own results in an actual remote viewing exercise guided by Dr. Smith himself. This workshop will be offered on Wednesday afternoon, 6 June 2018 (remote viewing’s 46th anniversary!), just prior to the official start of the conference. Participation is open to anyone, whether novice or experienced in remote viewing, and you do not need to be attending the full conference to participate.
This workshop serves as a fund-raiser for the conference. Dr. Smith is donating his time, so the $35 workshop fee will go to help offset the conference costs for both SSE and IRVA. You can register and pay at the door.
